One on One and Small Group Personal Training with a fully qualified Pre & Post Natal Fitness Coach, to help maintain your fitness and mobility throughout pregnancy and beyond.
Sessions will include:
High Intensity Interval Training
Sessions available for all fitness and training needs from early exercisers to full time enthusiasts.
Please note; it is not recommended that you start a new fitness regime when you are pregnant; but any exercise conducted pre-pregnancy is actively encouraged. Increasing the amount of walking and gentle stretching while pregnant has been shown to be beneficial for your pregnancy, even if you were not particularly active before becoming pregnant.
Use of Essential Oils to blend Cold Creams and Massage Oils. Appointments available for Back only (45mins) or Full Body (90mins) Massage, including consultation to create the correct blend for the individual. Select CJ - Initial Assessment above and put "Aromatherapy" in the notes.
Sports Thai Massage
Thai Massage techniques used with a Sports Massage emphasis, includes Chi Line focus with attention to the individual postural dysfunction or injury of the client. Select CJ - Initial Assessment above and put "Thai Massage" in the notes.
